Very beautiful home! If I was retired, I would buy it today. Is the area safe from crime? Do you think it's haunted being built in 1920?

thank you for the comment.  This is in deed a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean.  the area is safe and away from the tourist area of Daytona Beach.  The owner did not mention any ghosts. :-)
