We are looking for points and suggestions that I can use to convice my clients that it is worth the money to hire a stagger. In many cases clients say it looks fine or I will clean it up I do not need to spend that kind of money.
I know it will help them in getting a quicker sale and the most inportant aspect the bottom line!!! But we would really like to have great examples and feedback to the typical responses why they say no.

have them watch a weekend og HGTV .. every other show is .. designed to sell or some such match.
Also a good idea is to take them on a tour of other homes for sale in the area.
Home stagers are very good at showing a client what they can do for them. Contact a professional stager and see what they charge for a consultation. Many agents pay for the staging consultation on the home as a way to get the buy in of the client and to get the home ready for todays market.
