Of course you have each listing on your web site as well a single property site! And, include the websit reference in bold letters when using a flyer box on the property or in an ad in the paper so your Marketing $$$ will direct potential buyers to that site. You can get statistics you can share with the seller and referrals are coming in from those sites.
I use Agency Logic to host the sites and $40 (Keller Williams Discount) gets a domain, hosting and the tools for submiting to search engines for one year. Using these sites have improved my visibility on the Internet since I am essentially submitting multiple website on an ongoing basis.
