ADOPTION

As I was surfing the net yesterday, I came across a powerful, yet sad blog / comments on a young woman who chose adoption rather than parenting her 6 month old baby.  This young woman already had a child and tried to parent this new addition, however for whatever reason realized that it was something not in the cards for her for her own reasons. Other people "bashed" her for "giving" her baby away - they said how 'awful" a person she was.

i wonder if they really "knew" her circumstances? Where was the father of this child? Where were this womans parents to help her as a young single mother? Was this an open adoption? Did she love this baby?

I BET SHE DID LOVE THIS BABY!!!

Most women who put an adoption plan together for a baby do it out of love, not hate. Birthmoms are special people, bashing them only shows YOUR true colors as a human being. I think this is something we all need to remember or reflect on when juding others.
