Hey Cathy, Welcome to Active Rain.  Boy, I didn't think homes were that expensive in Wisconsin.  Is Burlington a big city?

Burlington is a city of about 10,000 and growing. We have recently added a couple new subdivisions with more being constructed. Most of the new homes range from $250- 450. We also boast of a new super Wal-mart center, Menards, Lynch Chevrolet, Walgreens along with some eateries and small shops.
