26 Comments on A Cute Back Yard - is this what buyers want?
Dawn - yes, move that right up to the top of your list!
Mary - yes the inside looks very good too, it's cozy and cute.
Hope - glad you were inspired.
Scott - you could take 2 - the house next door is also for sale
Bob & Carolin - not my listing - I can only hope
Debbie - it's a small park, but adorable
As you said, we will see how the market responds on that price.
Hi Pete - did you want to tag along and see Kulike tomorrow?
Fab yard! I'm in the process of re-doing my landscaping, and it's inspirational to see what is possible.
Carol - I wish you luck with your new project.
All I see is a LOT OF YARD WORK. Opps, did I say that out loud??? :-)
Hi there Georgina,
This looks like a gardener's dream, I'm in love with it!
It appeals to me. I would think alot of people who live in Hawaii would want a beautiful yard.
Ronald - good thing it's a small yard
Cynthia - I like it too
Carol - you'd be surprised, but yes, there are a lot of super yards
I love the yard!!!! It is also the time for Royal Poincianas to bloom here in Florida! They are so beautiful!
I would love to have a back yard (or front yard for that matter) like this. It's gorgeous!!!
BJ and Michelle - thanks for taking the time to drop in and comment
It may be small, but I s BIG work, and way too much for me to turn brown!!!
Ronald - maybe I could interest you in a cute condo then... no yard work at all. ; )
THAT IS more my style!! This property looks like my ex-mother-in-laws. But she LOVED and still does love working in her yard. She is know as the Plant-Lady - for a reason. When I first visited her and could not find her, I started walking to neighbors homes and asked for her by name, nobody knew who I was talking about. Then one neighbor said "Plant Lady" - she always hangs out at such-and-such's home. Sure enough, she was there!!
Hi Georgina,... I would pay more for a nice backyard, I spend a lot of time in my backyard....Doug
Doug, thanks for adding me to your associates. I'm looking forward to learning more about you and your area.
That is a little piece of paradise, who would NOT want that in their backyard. Ahhh you just don't see these yards in NJ
