This month has been a big month for my career. I sold a new construction near the beginning of the month and then a mobile home a few days later. I also got my first listing this month.

I have learned more this month than any of the other seven months that I have been in this business. It makes such a difference to actually go through all of the steps and work hard to make sure everything comes together. I've learned that I officially hate foreclosed mobile homes. Or maybe just mobile homes all together. But, I will learn to work with them and how to handle all of the issues that come along with them.

I'm beginning to enjoy this business more and more. Even though it continues to stress me out more and more. I like staying busy and always having something to do.

Congratulations on the sales and the listing. I'll have to talk to you about the mobile home issues. I have a listing on one now, and foresee a few more coming up soon. We've been talking to lenders and such, and it seems like it will be next to impossible to sell a mobile. I'm curious about how you managed to get through it. Keep up the good work. I'm hoping things pick up for me as well.

We still have Conventional, FHA, and VA mobile home programs. Most buyers have beeen falling into the FHA category lately. Foreclosed mobile homes can be a bear - but there are a lot tof them.
