This has got to be one of my favorites that I've had the opportunity to stage. I LOVE the character of an older home and this one has it along with a cottage feel that's irresistible! The lucky buyers of this home will really enjoy it! It's located in the heart of a charming little area of Cincinnati called Mariemont. The owners of this home enjoyed walking to the ice cream stand on a nice summer night. Doesn't that sound like a great place to call home?
