You know, I don't even know what to say about this one.  I have to laugh, I think.  TMZ is reporting that residents of The Broadway Lofts are complaining about the late night noise that comes from S Bar which is right downstairs.  Um, really?  You didn't think living at Hollywood and Vine was going to be noisy?  The residents are so peeved, they've filed a lawsuit saying S Bar is operated in an "unreasonably and unacceptably disruptive manner." They say the music is so loud, "many residents have been unable to fall asleep prior to 2:00 in the morning." They say the club's operators -- SBE and the Kor Realty Group -- have totally and "callously" ignored their complaints, all while raking in "huge profits."

Here's the thing.  While I haven't personally sold any units in The Broadway, I have sold several new development condos this year, and there is a stack of disclosures an inch thick, and I can't imagine for a second that this particular possibility wasn't covered 5 different ways.  It will be interesting to see how this is resolved.
