Thx Monica! Give it a shot!  I am here to inspire (LOL)-- I am guilt ridden actually that I didn't try it earlier.  Set aside a half day and have a blast with it!

Thx, Lloyd! I tried a combo of sentiment with humor -- I think that usually makes sense to the "average Joe" (which is what I am!)  Parents just named me Karen instead of Joe!  Their mistake!

Thx for stopping by and the kind words!

Why Thx Christina! Made my day!  Do you use Real Estate Shows?  I found it quite simple; the trick is being creative in application!

Karen ~ Well, at least you attempted it! I haven't even visited the website yet!  I'm going to believe you that it's simple and visit the site this week, and at least see how to do it.  You can put these on your website too?

Joe, oops, Karen...(smile) you did a wonderful job with this RES.  Jeff made the process extremely easy and fun!  To be honest, I need to do more of them.

Thanks for sharing.

Hey Kathy P. -- yes, try it!  And yes they can go on your web site.  The program provides you with different links and codes for embedding the show.

pick out 5 or 9 pictures and come up with a story, theme, or message you want to convey -- it will all fall into place from there.

Hi karen,

That is really good. An excellent marketing tool. I will have to look into that and give it a try.

Karen - Hard to contain my RES enthusiasm.  I just love these. I think they are one of the most underused tools we have available.  Another great application is to create a show or flyer then paste the code into whatever email newsletter system you use, like constant contact.  It is like a little movie in your newsletter.  They can also be used to break the ice with new agents that you'd like to work with.  I blogged about it a long time ago. You can check it out here. If you want to get great ideas, marketing strategies and new feature updates you should sign up for the RES blog.  Just hit the subscribe via email link on the left hand side.

HERE is my favorite show of all time.  ;)

That was cute Karen...and very creative!  You always put together the most creative projects!  RES are a favorite of mine.  I try to do one for every house I stage, although there have been a few exceptions along the way...

Hi Abby!  Thank you!  Doing things like this after every staging, RES's, posting B & A's, updating the Web site -- well it can become overwelming; but it is such an important part of our marketing!  You have done excellent and are a lady to be admired!

Karen, I have been looking at this site, it looks like they make it pretty easy. Which I need. I have a Realtor that has been wanting me to email him something that he can show clients. I think this would work out great. I'll check out the site again. Thanks!

Gary -- I don't know if I am an "old pro" -- maybe more like a "pro that's old"!  Thx!

Hi Donna -- Yes make yourself an ad!  That's direction I have taken at this point!  Be sure and check out Maureen Henry's comment above and her advice on the tool!

HI Karen!  I love the way your video states an empty home is no ones home.  Great analogy!!!
