I always enjoy meeting other agents and building relationships.
While visiting a local Sonora Chinese Restaurant over the 4th of July weekend, I met a San Mateo Broker, who has a country property in Columbia. She had a client who was moving and needed relocation of some small fish and she thought the Chinese Resturant with its new fish tank was the perfect location.
We talked about her long term career (30 Plus years) , her mastermind group that share ideas that includes guest speakers. She was professional and I enjoyed our conversation.

The other Broker is from Tuolumne County (Twain Harte) and I found his card on a Sonora Estate that I will soon be listing. I said to myself how was it that he found out about this Sonora Estate????
I called him to say the home was going to go o the market in the next few weeks and he told me that he was just dor to door knocking and being pro-active in this present market.
I appreciated his work ethic and our short conversation, on how door to door sales have developed many listings over the years.
