Indian River County Fl seeing above average population gains
Indian River County posted gains above the states average annual growth of 2.07% over the past five years

(PressMethod) - Per an article in Florida Trend magazine, Booming St. Lucie has gotten all the ink nationally for rapid growth, but of the four Treasure Coast counties, only smaller Indian River County posted gains above the state's average annual growth of 2.07% over the past five years, albeit from a smaller base. Down the road, Indian River's population, according to University of Florida's Bureau of Economic and Business Research, could reach 150,000 in two years and grow to 166,800 by 2015.

Vero Beach Fl, June 28th , 2008. Vero Beach Realtor Top Producer, Karen Burke remarked. We are seeing more people from The Northeast looking to relocate here and this survey just backs that up. More people means more help for our local business owners.

When asked how this will affect the area Real Estate-Karen remarked. People have to live somewhere, so this is good news for our industry. I am especially encouraged by the fact that our growth is outpacing the larger counties around us. It just proves that Vero Beach is a desirable place to live.
