With some positive news from NAR recently, these #s below are proof of an Orlando market still on the decline.   Many more of the Orlando area Realtors have found other jobs, and the true professionals are left to work the market and prove to sellers that they need us more than ever.   For sale by owners and expireds need the top Realtors in the industry, and we are ready to sell their homes using our proven marketing strategies.

I don't understand - new listings are down and the under contracts have been steadily up since January, but you say the market is still bad.  Looks more positive than you are thinking.
