New home inspection Cary NC (just east of Raleigh NC)

Inspected a brand new house in Cary NC and found this home to be in pretty good shape. However, there are always some things that need attention (total of about 25). Shingles missing on one section of the roof, deck steps that were not properly supported, foundation wall damp and soil wet where the gas pack enters the foundation wall, a few plumbing issues, etc. Structure looked very good. My clients said several times that they were glad they paid for a Cary NC home inspection.
