July 8th Mortgage & Financial Market Update

Hello AR Team! I feel for about the next 12 trading days we are going to be on a ride in the financial markets. 2nd quarter earnings are being reported this week and next and there will be some earth shakers and market movers in the financial sector. Which will then cause a chain reaction or knee jerk and flight to safety or a "depression" mentality where people will just want to hold their money and not see any more losses. This could go two ways, first being a flight to bonds which is already starting to happen since we have officially entered into a "Bear Market" or simply cashing out and going "cash" where people are literally pulling themselves out of the game and holding their money in their checking and savings accounts.
