Is anyone having trouble with HomEq reimbursements? What is your average turn-around time?
One of my assistants was trying to follow up with HomEq regarding some long past-due amounts and the asset manager on a particular property said that HomEq had gone to an online paperless invoicing system that would cost me $49 to register for, and $5 per invoice submitted. I am gritting my teeth with frustration and anger -- I'm going to be charged to get reimbursed for paying their bills? What?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to decide how I'm going to handle this, all things considered. If any regular client asked me to pay HOA fees, their utilities, repairs, etc. you know what I'd say... ;)
