There really aren't days much worse days to deal with than when you lose a pet. Early Monday morning we lost our Calico of nearly 17 years. Her name was "Carlie". And in this day of rules and regulations regarding where we can and can't bury our beloved pets, we found ourselves looking around for places other than the traditional backyard burial. Since we don't know if we'll live at our current home all our days or not. After much education from just Googling we found Tucson's Pet Cemetary. Their not a new kid on the block either. So far they have helped over 4000 people bury or cremate their pets. It's like the real deal for our animals along with all the support you'd expect from a funeral home. We worked with Slivy, who we later learned was the owner. So whether you're a permanent resident of Tucson or not there is a warm and friendly place where you can lay your pet to rest. It's located near Fort Lowell Park, which is just north of Grant on the east side of Craycroft.

I just read the following, and wanted you to have it.
We will be working on fixing errors on Localism over the weekend Karen.....
However, any communities that are misplaced are going to stay there. No one will sponsor them, no content will be sent to them and they will wither on the vine. At some point in the future, we will go back and clean them up......it most likely will not be soon. Our first goal is to correct City issues.
One thing to consider........community is more than geographical bound defined neighborhoods or enclaves. Anything around which people commune could be considered a community. Sub divisions, hospitals, military bases, colleges, stadiums (i sponsored Qwest Field where the Seahawks play) and many more things I have not considered are going to be represented on Localism. Even things that have no geographical boundaries.........Hawaii Military Community, or 'Green Living in Houston' or there could be a community in Seattle for "Golfers in Seattle"...........The niche marketing possibilities here are limitless.....
