We're back, actually we never went anyplace.  There have been so many great blogs over the past week to 10 days that I haven't felt the need to write anything.  Someone had already eloquently covered what I had in mind.  So I have commented on those blogs rather than duplicate their efforts.  We have amazing writers here on Active Rain!

I hope that everyone enjoyed a safe 4th of July!  We had so many great blogs about the local celebrations for the 4th.  I loved reading them.  I think that the differences in the celebration of the 4th of July are a good analogy of Real Estate and markets.  Sure each market sells Real Property, but each location across the country is a little different.  Just as there is a local flavor to the 4th of July celebration there is a local flavor to Real Estate.  Some towns and cities have huge, elaborate parades, other have simpler, shorter parades; the great thing about this is they are both fantastic!  The other great thing is that they both fit the communities in which they are occurring!  I know that this is a very simplistic look at Real Estate, and I only used two examples.

I do believe that the example and the results would remain the same regardless of how many variables are included.  The thing that I love is that is okay, it doesn't matter which market you work in, it is the way it is with it's own local flavor.  These are the things that make your market unique, and that is why Real Estate is exciting, it changes often from one neighborhood to the next.

If you're looking to buy or sell real estate in South Davis County, Utah; please give us a call.  We would love to earn your business!

Welcome back.  Glad you had a great 4th.  Thanks for providing a positive spin on the old principle, "All real estate is local."
