I've been thinking about holding open houses during the week, specifically on Wednesday night.  I approached my sellers about this and their question was if it was worth it.  They felt nthat it was going to be quite an inconveneince for them so they wanted to know how much traffic I anticipated during the week.  They have seen the minimal number of people that show up on the weekend ones, so they want to know if the weekday open houses do better or not.

Now, I;ve never held a weekday open house, but my broker is all for it even though he has heard that the traffic is very low during the week.  I'd be interested ot hear what other agents, that have help open houses during the weekday, have to say about holding open houses during the week.
