Buyer

I just had an older guy in one of my models and he picked it apart then went over to another of my models, which I gave him a key too. After a half hour of looking at it he came back and said "I will take it and pay cash". What a nice surprise.

I have MS so I could not go over and walk him through the house but he might have liked being alone.

Well, now that is a cool way to do a transaction. They actually occur mose often than we think. All cash deals usually don't have lender issues attached, :-).

I would say you are pretty blessed.

Good for you, Greg. Sometimes, people pre-judge others too quickly, and later find out that they just lost a sale...
