Jeff, I liked the tour of Calavera Hills. You do a very good job on them and I like the YouTube format. I think with all the practice you have done on them you have gotten very comfortable with the narrating.

Jeff you are getting pretty good at driving and video tapping at the same time.  From the house prices that you have posted in the past, this certainly is one of the lower ones, yet those units are beautiful in my opinion.

Gary - thanks. I am getting better, although there are times when it as not as smooth as I would like. I need to investigate some other applications to make them a bit more sophisticated with other features.

George - pricing IS more favorable here in this community, and some distress sales have created even more opportunity.

Linda - thanks for the compliment. I keep working at it but have not had as much time as I would like to practice. THe drive-by ones are fun but they can be a challenge. Definitely don't want to be in heavy traffic! LOL
