• Empty Rooms. Empty rooms make it very difficult for buyers to imagine what the room will look like furnished. By furnishing empty rooms, buyers will be able to picture themselves living in your home.
• Create an atmosphere. Lighting a fire in the fireplace, having fresh flowers, or playing soft music all help to create an atmosphere that will appeal to the buyer. It enhances the senses and helps the buyer visualize living in your home.
