This post is actually just the pre-cursor to a set of posts to be released in the next few weeks. I'll link back to this post from the future content so that you can find the background and the basis for the series.
If you've seen any of my posts in recent weeks, you know that Diamond Dwellings Realty is launching out across the country and we're looking for agents and brokers to partner with us in hundreds of cities around the country. (If you hadn't read that before, I guess you know now!)
We're building the largest "network of blog networks" ever -- and we're doing it as a brokerage brand -- all Diamond Dwellings (and friends).
I haven't written anything for the last several days. Part of that was due to the huge fun we had over the 4th. Part was due to that fact that I was having a bit of writers block. The reason for the writers block was this thought...
"How do I really explain what we are doing and also explain what we're NOT doing?"
Make Sense? No, it didn't make sense to me either. Thus, the writer's block.
I do know that I want to clearly define Diamond Dwellings for the active rain community reader & the agent population at large, but it just takes some discussion to get it all out. it's simple & yet elaborate at the same time. It's based on classic real estate sales principles and yet it's totally 2.0 at it's core. It's basis is simple to understand, but the details of the strategy take time to digest.
So, for the next week or two, I'm going to just define some of the steps that you'd probably go through if you just started your own hyper-local brokerage. Then, I'll comment on the advantages of what we're doing and how it can work for you.

You know that you stopped me from opening my own... And anyone that is interested in staying on top of what is going on with Diamond Dwellings is welcome to join our group. You don't have to be affiliated with Diamond Dwellings, just want to take RE2.0 to the next level
