House Rentals Ad List

Just a quick list of things that most landlords forget when marketing homes for rent:

1. Use a new fresh coat of paint. It's cheap.

2. Landscape your lot. Use inexpensive plants. And mow the lawn.

3. Clean carpets and flooring. Any dirty floors will deter renters.

4. Advertise your house rentals on reputable rental ad sites, like RentNice.com and Rentals.com

5. Post rental signs in the front lawn and at cross streets.
