As fears of a housing slow down begin to settle in on the UK housing market, Central Florida is still seeing a strong buyers market from the U.K.  This is mainly because Vacation Homes in Central Florida are a tremendous value.

Foreclosures properties here in the Orlando Real Estate market are hitting their peak and the selections of vacation homes are huge. Consider that a U.K. buyer can find a very nice 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a pool, close to Walt Disney World for under $200,000. With the pound trading at double the US dollar, most UK Buyers still see Central Florida as a great value.

So for those U.K. buyers still sitting on the fence wondering if investing on a Vacation Home near Walt Disney World is a good idea.  Now is the time to take a second look at purchasing that second home while the U.S. housing market hits bottom and prices are at their best.
