Today Capitol Hill offers a wide range of housing types and price ranges from high-rise condos to single-family homes, apartments in historic mansions to lofts in renovated commercial buildings.

Walking place or taking a bike is probably the best way to get around as most everything you’d want is close by; restaurants, diners, used bookstores and parks. In fact, you could host a great pub crawl starting at any one of Capitol Hill’s shabby chic dive bars.
