I've been gone for a while - and well, I've only been writing when I have to. Like checks and stuff like that.

Since I wrote my last post, My husband and I went to San Francisco for an Aunt's 90th birthday celebration, cruised all over Alaska and ended up in Seattle. While on this really great 36th Anniversery trip and with the use of technology, I was able to put a house under contract while at sea! Is that cool? I also began using Docusign and found out that most of the world is afraid of it. Clients would rather fax documents into oblivion than attempt to use a new product. Anybody else out there have any similar experiences with technophobes?

Gotto go serve some dinner. I'll be back soon'

Anna - Wondered what happened to you; thanks for the update. Now it is time to go back to work. Yes, Texas Rocks. We have been wanting to take that Alaska cruise, maybe for our 50th in  few years.

Technology - Well let's say...we have enough new technology to keep up with right here on Active Rain. Seems everyday we have to learn something new. People still want to use the fax and then call to see if you received the fax (that may never change).

Take care and Happy Selling! The market is still good in our area.

Maybe you can deduct that vacation since you were working.  You know how generous the IRS is.

Carl - thanks for the welcome back. It seems that whenever you go on vacation, business gets busy. I suggest that you head for Alaska ASAP. It was fun, it was interesting and my husband could do his Arctic Exploration by lying in bed and looking out the balcony door watching the icebergs and glaciers float by. It was amazing

John - as for deducting the trip, I figure the Massage could be a medical deduction but where does the "Martini Sampler" go?
