Well I have a gas card and use it every time I fill up. Today while at Costco buying some things I saw a little sign that said 3% of you gas purchases. Now I have a Costco card for my business and we use it for the family budget as well. So I had to know what this was about. What I found out is that this is an American Express card so that means you have to pay it off at the end of the month right? Well no you don't. But what really matters is at Costco gas station you must use some form of debit card anyway so I look at it this way. I use the card for gas pay off the card every month anyway and I save 3% on every purchase. Now look closely. That's 3% not 3 cents like at Walmart but 3% so it is a minimum of 12 cents a gallon if gas is $3.00 a gallon. We all know it's higher so the savings are greater and then to top it off I also get an additional 2 months membership at no cost. So if you have a Costco get down there before this goes away.
