Penn State University is an integral part of my life and has inspired me to excel and push to achieve my dreams. State College has to one of the most interesting places that I have traveled to. Not only do you have Old Main and the historic buildings on campus; there is also Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center, and the multi-cultural events that occur in downtown State College.

One thing that I learned at Penn State is to always push for your goals. Hard work and dedication to a class will usually result in a good grade. You have to work to get the results you want. If you are going for designations, salesperson license, or broker's license, you must work hard in the classes and study hard. In the end, your hard work will pay off

Jonathan,

You are sooooooo right about hard work.  It always pays off in the end.  Especially in this down market, the hard work will pay off.

BTW, welcome to the community.
