Currently there are 15 dock for sale on Lake Arrowhead ranging in price from 50k to 175k. The price depends on the location and accessibility. There are only 2600 docks or so on the lake and few rites left. There are over 10,000 parcels in Lake Arrowhead and around 8,000 homes. That means one out of every 5 to 7 property owners have the availability to purchase a dock and with more and more New Construction homes going up the availability in the future will be small. Having a Dock attached to your home also increases the value and opens the door to more buyers should you decide to sell. My #'s are not exact by any means, I'm just stressing the importance of owning a Dock.
