As we rebuild the Great Hawaiian Homes website http://www.GreatHawaiianHomes.com, we have moved some things around and added in new pages to Hulupala at http://www.Hulupala.com .  There are dozens of buttons and links spread throughout the web to help people interested in buying or selling Hawaii Real Estate from anywhere in the world...except Cuba...go figure.    Gayle Fujita Ramsey and Mike Ramsey Fujita are Realtor-Associates in Hawaii.  Mike is the Vice President for Realty Executives Oahu, and they as a team help Buyers and Sellers of Hawaii Real Estate.  They also train New Realtors on how to "Be a Realtor in Hawaii" and help existing Realtors get back on track in today's market.

The way we help Sellers of Hawaii Real Estate is by offering a 1% Seller's Representation Commission.  We always suggest that Sellers offer a 2.5% to 3% buyer's Agent Commission so other agents will want to show their properties.
