The Cypress Creek Town Center received approval of plans by the Pasco County Development Review Committee. The Developer hopes to begin construction by June 2007. No announcement has been made recently on when this megamall (located at I-75 and S.R. 56) is now planned to open.
The Grove, another new mall in Wesley Chapel, FL has already started construction. The Shops at Wiregrass technically has its first anchor in place (JC Penney), although the major portion of the mall has not yet been constructed.
