1st quarter 2008 closed sales totaled 1097
2nd quarter 2008 closed sales totaled 1812
The average percentage of list price received on solds by market time increased very slightly from 94% to 95%.
Average sale price 1st quarter was $577,164
Average sale price 2nd quarter was $535,461.
The most stabilization month to month was seen in the 2nd quarter quarter with the month to month average only varying by about $1000.
Average days on the market dropped slightly from 91 days 1st quarter to 83 days 2nd quarter
