The last couple days on the Outer Banks have been wet.  The passing thunderstorma have aided in keeping down the smoke from the Evans Road Wildfire.  The reduction in smoke has been a great bonus from the storms.  Many of the locals are hoping Tropical Storm Bertha will bring some swell to the Outer Banks and increase the surfing conditions.  We'll just have to wait and see.
