    * Single Level = 1194 homes
    * Multi Level = 646 homes

Current UNDER CONTRACT HOMES - JUNE = 423 sfd homes

    * Low = $89,900
    * High - $1,275,000
    * Single Level = 308 homes
    * Multi Level = 115 homes

Current SOLD HOMES - JUNE = 343 sfd homes

If I read that right then inventory is less than 6 months - maybe we have a housing shortage brewing in Chandler?

Bill, I don't know whether a shortage is in order - only time will tell - but if you look at the stats for the past six months you can see a definitive trend that the Active inventory is dropping slowly. It dropped about 5% in the past month. In my oinion it's a sign that the supply/demand factor is heading in the right direction!
