Even scores in the 500's are not turned away from this office. Frequently, you will encounter people whose credit histories present a significant challenge which unless overcome in a timely manner results in no home for the client and zero commission for you!

I have built my business very largely by securing mortgage financing for people who have way less than "A" Credit to a point where they even present a challenge with regard to their ability to qualify for many sub-prime loans.
Most of my competitors would pull their Tri-Merge Credit Report and throw their hands up in dismay without making any serious attempt to find a Program that will work for the prospective home buyer. Shame on them, but great for me!
