Who is best prepared to tackle our current real estate market and economic policy?

I do not discuss politics with my clients. I prefer to talk about the truth.... However, I would like to know how you feel about the future... We all know the real estate market is the largest determining factor in the economic well being of the U.S. Who do you think will make the biggest impact on the market? Obama or McCain? Everyone is welcome to reply to my blog, not just Collin County, Denton County and Dallas County residents!

I honestly don't think either of them will be able to help the market unless they reign in spending. I don't see either of them lowering the deficit, and until the world has more confidence in the dollar we are in dire straits.
