Born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina, Lauren could not imagine living anywhere else in the world. An honor graduate of Lexington High School and the University of South Carolina, she is thoroughly enjoying her career in real estate. As a new construction specialist, she is currently marketing several new subdivisions in the Lexington area, Cambridge Place and Mariner's Creek.

Lauren is very happy to have the opportunity to market and sell new homes for two of her closest clients, her father and brother.  Reggie Porter has been building new homes in the area for over 26 years and has built a solid reputation for his quality work.  Reggie is currently developing several new home communities in Lexington.  After graduating with honors from North Carolina State University in December of 2003, Reggie Porter, Jr. came on board full time to head up the new home construction.  He is also very involved in the development company.
