Who we are and what we do...

Global Realty Marketing (GRM as we affectionately call it) is a company that is going nationwide.  Yes, you heard (read) me right, a COMPANY.  This means no franchise fees, no national advertising fees and guess what?  My broker doesn't compete with me, he helps me!

We have the philosophy that you are "in business for yourself, but not by yourself", and WE MEAN IT.  You want to open an office, fine start your own branch office.  You want to work from home, fine work from home.  You want training, you bet, we have training.

GRM offers on-line training as well as in person training.  We have training for all of those people who are new or incoming Realtors and training for those seasoned vetrans as well.

Have you started your own team?  What happens to the income from those people when they take your knowledge (you helped them, right?) and move on or start their own team?  At GRM we applaud you for imparting your knowledge and for that we will compensate you.  How you ask?  Simple, I say!  For each deal closed by someone you brought to our system, we pay you a portion of the commission.  EVEN if they start their own team (which we highly encourage).  They do have to stay within our system in oder for you to be compensated.
