Hey Jacqueline - have a question.  How are open houses fairing for you of late?  I'm a big believer in them, but so many Realtors I speak with here in Polk County are starting to shy away from them?  One thing I did come across that I thought was interesting is where one Realtor used a client's home to host one of those candle sales parties?  Think it was party lite, but am not sure.  Do you think something like this might work?

What do you find most useful in driving open house traffic?

Best -

Kevin
