Well the statistics are out for the Quinte & District Real Estate Board including Belleville real estate for the month of February 2007. To anyone who sells Belleville real estate or  real estate anywhere else in the Quinte Region the figures come as no surprise. The Belleville and Quinte  real estate market has been strong for some time and it does not appear to be slowing down

• The total sales for February 2007 was 238 units, a 18.7% increase over the same period last year
  
• The dollar amount of all sales in February 2007 was $37,862,920, an increase of 23.6% over February 2006
• The average residential sale price on the Quinte & District Real Estate Board for February 2007 was $176,210, compared to $147,380 in February 2006. An increase of 19.6%.
• The total number of new listings for February 207 was 471, a drop of 15.4% when compared to February 2006.
