POWER OF TEAMS! FRANKENSTEIN STYLE!

Hello to all.

I know it is late and I am here, full of a late night caffeine buzz, so I thought I would write about a new topic that has reared its little head and come full circle into my real estate life. Partnering with another REALTOR and forming a team is the question at hand and I admit, I have been approached several times by differnet aquantainces about joining together but I never felt the immediate need. I felt  I was doing fairly well on my own and questioned why would I need anyone to help me. But as my career has been taking off, I stand in amazement watching it lift higher and higher into the clouds, and I feel powerless to stop it. Oh, don't get me wrong, I am not complaining, I love the business and I thank God each day for it but again, I watch each day as if I am a person standing on the sidewalk watching the parade go by, hearing the pounding of the drums and blaring of the horns, smiling in wonderment with thoughts running in my head that I can't believe I have created this all of this momentum myself. I have created this income and income to be all by myself. In a sense I have created my own MONSTER just like Frankenstien!

But now,  I find the minutes getting shorter and the days getting longer and I feel as If the business that has taken off and soaring is now dragging me across the ground, scraping me, cutting me, dragging me as it flies higher and higher.  I am getting bumped, scraped and chewed out as it goes along.

So, I have been approached about partnering and now, for this very reason, I have given it a try. So far it has been a breath of much needed air and I am now lifting off the ground along with my business and not being drug across the sharp rocks and feel some major relief and can see the horizon again. I now believe in the power of a team more now than ever as I see the benefits to not only us as REALTORS but to the many clients, customers we all have. I see how a tram can give a more thorough service and how a a team can do so much more for seller and buyers and provide a better all around service product. I NOW believe in the POWER OF TEAMS. Try it  and you  WILL see your business SOAR!
