Friday thoughts

Hello everyone. Well The weekend is just about here and Im so ready for it. Real Estate is picking up just a bit for me at least and Im thankful. Looks like Im going to have a few new listings up soon so stay tuned to and see if you can help me locate a buyer for them. 
Real Estate is taking a turn I think. For the past 2 months listing and Buyer traffic was down. Special note here I would think this might signal a new change in our market. If the inventory shrinks will the market start to correct its self ? We now just have to note what is dropping faster buyers or listings ? The supply and demand factor may kick in an buyer may find less to choose from. I think this is something to watch as it may indicate the bottom has come or we are right at it.
