Cyan by Centex now has their flood certificate. This community is no longer in the Flood Zone A. Construction time however is somewhat slow. A real estate professional in our office has clients who are still waiting for their home to be built. They have been since January!

Here's another interesting rumor. Someone told me that Centex has sold all of their undeveloped land in Nevada. I heard that they are planning on finishing up on all of their communities and leave Nevada for good. They are not planning to invest in Nevada anymore. This is very sad to hear as they have been building homes in Reno area since 1980's.
