How many of us have dealt with closing docs not at the title company after Lender says they are sending Documents?
What is so hard with submitting the package in a timely manner? Is it they want to give us a nervous breakdown, or they just don't get it. It doesn't affect only the Clients. It is a chain reaction waiting to just BREAK!!!
- Do the Buyers go ahead and pick up the U-Haul or wait till tomorrow?
- ? Sellers can't do a second closing on the purchase of their new home because they need the HUD for their previous home that is waiting to close.
- Buyers can't move out of their apartment because they have no were to go.
- Do the Seller's allow the Buyer's to move in?
What is your problem, the package is on the way?

I called the Selling Agent, the poor thing. She is in the same predicament. What do we tell the Sellers & Buyers.
ALL we can do is wait and hope for the BEST????
We are talking about credit qualifying clients that both work and are approved to close.
Their should be accountability. Like give the Buyer closing cost credits.
And maybe giving the seller interest rate credit for each day or weeks it is delayed...
