To Buy or Not To Buy? Do You have the answer?

Realtors in general think it's always a good time to buy and a good time to sell.

Good Realtors think it's either a good time to buy or a good time to sell.

Great Realtors, however, will listen to you and your motivation for buying or selling and your future plans and advice you accordingly with back up of solid market data.

I'd like to know the answer from potential Clients (Sellers), potential Customers (Buyers) and Colleagues (Realtors), to the Question: To Buy or Not to Buy?

Anoir - since I'm a great Realtor, the answer is obviously, "It depends". As you've said, we need to listen to our clients and prospects, and advise them based on their circumstances and their goals.

Sometimes things just are what they are...Right now our investors are happy and our sellers,...well they are at least able to buy right on the other end. This too will pass with time.
