This morning Jim Crawford posted on Atlanta's Foreclosure rate. As Jim points out Georgia is in the #8 spot. My home state of Louisiana, thank God, holds the #43 spot. For once Louisiana is not in the top 10 for something. According to the article, Louisiana's statewide foreclosure filings dropped by 17.4% in June. Lindsey, thanks for the comment. Our market is different due Hurricane Katrina. Most homes lost were paid off by insurance companies.
