Here are the latest sales statistics for the month of June 2007 for single family homes (resales) and Condos/PUDs. These are for Sacramento County and the City of West Sacramento. This represent current month only. Last evening I blogged the graph demonstrating the last six months.

Mode	$120,000 - $139,999
