I hired a new agent yesterday, she just past her real estate test, and should have her license in a few weeks.  To my surprise when we sat down to review her training schedule and what was expected of her, she already had a lot of it mapped out.  Of course she had questions, about the industry and things she has read on active rain.  She has already started telling everybody she knows about her new about her new adventure in Real Estate.  It was so refreshing; she actually has been doing homework on Real Estate and does not think just passing her test entitles her to listings.    

 

So every often a new agent comes along that makes you smile.

Beth I'm happy for you and hope she is a great agent!   I always get worried about the ones that are very organized and have their list of questions researched and typed out!   My experience has been those types are too busy researching, they always have all the answers, but just no time to sell.  But Im sure being the gret leader you are..you won't let that happen with this one!
