In speaking with a number of my international contacts they are telling me that they see the market in the United States as a bargain.

With the currency exchange and the lower prices the international buyers see this as an ideal time to buy.

As a result, we are seeing more international referrals and buyers.

The international buyers are looking for property that is maintenance free and they see the condominiums as a great situation for ownership. They can lock the door when they leave and not be concerned about maintenance.

The U. S. property can be used by their family or rented to defer some of the cost of ownership.

The international buyers have the money and the desire to own.

What are you doing to attract international buyers- except your wonderful weather and beautiful sunsets for sure. I am actively looking for a way to attract international investors to the Kansas City area where the land is cheap, market is down but stable, and there are deals to be made.

Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you!

Great post, I remember you from Orlando HBA Show, a couple of years back. Really enjoy your insight.

Thanks,
